The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador providing exceptional client service from welcome to close, representing the brand and elevating the customer experience through product expertise and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
- Assist with inventory, opening and closing store duties, and special projects.
- Support visual merchandising standards with direction from management.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior and adhere to company policies.
- Participate in training of new sales associates when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service in a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals.
- Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Availability to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency required.
