Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and recommend products and styling options.
• Achieve individual and department sales goals through proactive selling and follow-up.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns per store policy.
• Maintain visual merchandising and floor presentation, restock and organize merchandise.
• Participate in inventory counts, pricing, and tagging activities as directed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and perform physical tasks on the sales floor.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent and basic numeracy for cash handling.
