Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally at the specified store location. Role focuses on styling, product knowledge, and using digital tools to drive sales and client conversion while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and fashion advice to clients in-person and remotely
• Use digital selling tools and omni-channel inventory to drive sales
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Perform outreach and connect with clients via social media and technology
• Strategize and manage individual business to increase productivity
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment
• Demonstrate expert brand and product knowledge

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience with technology and digital selling tools
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work on-site
