Sales Associate - Fashion Place

Summary

Join the store team for a hiring event seeking Sales and Support candidates at the Fashion Place location. Roles include sales in women's apparel accessories shoes and holiday gift shop as well as logistics processor and other sales support positions with opportunities for advancement and on the spot offers for many roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers on the sales floor
• Assist customers with product selection fitting and styling
• Operate point of sale and process transactions accurately
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock on the sales floor
• Support inventory tasks including restocking and replenishment
• Participate in hiring event interviews and onboarding activities
• Follow store policies procedures and loss prevention guidelines

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand walk and move merchandise for extended periods
• Must be able to pass background check as required
• Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment
