Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Re-merchandise displays and keep department customer ready
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts for customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives
• Perform flexible duties in other departments as needed
