High jewelry boutique seeks a Sales Associate to develop lasting client relationships, achieve sales goals, and support High Jewelry initiatives in a fast paced luxury environment. The role involves clienteling, in store presentation, and participation in community events to generate business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service
• Develop and maintain long lasting client relationships
• Attend social functions and in boutique events to generate new business
• Invite current and prospective clients to events and outreach through curated clienteling tools
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy
• Communicate novelties events and manage gifting campaigns
• Assist in daily display setup and evening breakdown
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the boutique
• Travel as required

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or jewelry certification preferred
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in jewelry or luxury sales
• Strong ability to develop and transmit expertise with care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced luxury environment and attend external events
• Experience with CRM and clienteling tools
• Valid work authorization for employment in the United States
