Responsibilities

• Create seamless, enjoyable shopping experiences and cultivate customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
• Support merchandising, fulfillment, and operational standards, including sales floor and fitting room upkeep.
• Share the benefits of loyalty programs and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and use computers, handheld devices, and cash registers.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
