Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, deliver personalized product recommendations, and build rapport to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed individual and department sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock sales floor, and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and handle customer inquiries and returns.
• Support receiving, inventory replenishment, and store cleanliness as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in home or related departments.
• Strong customer service, communication, and selling skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience.
