As a Sales Associate, you will guide and inspire customers while delivering a welcoming, engaging shopping experience. You will build lasting customer relationships in store and online through gracious service, styling knowledge, and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Create seamless and enjoyable in-store and online experiences while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales by assisting in-store and online clients and using technology effectively.
• Support merchandising, fulfillment, and other store operational requirements.
• Maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, and support register transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and procedural manuals.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
