Sales Associate - Hudson Yards

Summary

High Jewelry Maison seeks a Sales Associate for its Hudson Yards boutique to build long lasting client relationships, achieve sales targets, and support High Jewelry initiatives in a fast paced luxury environment. The role reports to the Boutique Director and involves clienteling, event outreach, and maintaining boutique presentation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service
• Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients
• Attend social functions and generate new business
• Invite current and prospective clients to in boutique events
• Use curated clienteling tools for outreach
• Oversee CRM initiatives and ensure client data accuracy
• Coordinate communication on novelties events and gifting campaigns
• Assist with daily display setup and breakdown and maintain boutique aesthetic
• Travel as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred
• 7 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong ability to develop long lasting client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
