Sales Associate - Huntington

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury retail service as a brand ambassador at the Huntington location, driving sales and building lasting client relationships while supporting store operations and the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed sales goals and core KPIs including UPT and ATV
• Capture client data and maintain ongoing client relationships
• Provide after sales service including follow up communications and handling repairs
• Support team in generating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
• Develop and support business driving initiatives, contests and events

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience; luxury experience preferred
• Understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling
• Proficient with retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel and email
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused personality
