Summary

Sales Associate responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences at the Jersey Gardens store. Role includes clienteling, product knowledge, styling guidance, and supporting store operations to meet commercial KPIs. Position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and familiarity with POS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated and welcoming experience to clients
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
• Capture and cultivate client data and relationships
• Initiate client follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and store procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service roles
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated customer service and clienteling abilities
