Role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager, focusing on styling, trend guidance, and achieving sales goals. Candidate will engage clients through omnichannel tools and represent luxury merchandise with authority.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Deliver expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients on fashion and trends
• Use digital selling tools and omni-channel inventory to drive sales and outreach
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Utilize social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration with team members
• Provide exceptional customer service for both in-person and remote clients

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Commission sales experience with a track record of meeting sales goals
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools for client selling
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales targets
• Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
