Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will represent Jimmy Choo and deliver an elevated customer experience. You will build lasting client relationships, contribute to sales results, and maintain strong product knowledge in a rewarding retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated customer experience during and after the sale.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, and proactively foster customer relationships in the community.
• Partner with management to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and uphold visual standards.
• Fulfill key-holder duties, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele.
• Ability to drive results, engage customers, and provide customer-focused service.
• Motivation, curiosity, technological savvy, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
