Senior Sales Associate - Dufferin

Summary

The Senior Sales Associate drives sales and client data capture while building lasting client relationships. This role supports daily store operations, inventory activities, and the development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and client data capture targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outreach and after-sales service.
• Support store operations, including register opening and closing, inventory tasks, consignments, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain operational standards and support visual maintenance.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events, and assist with coaching and training the sales team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail experience.
• Organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability.
• Computer skills, including point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Specialty retail experience and a proven track record in clienteling are preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask, and communicate effectively.
