Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, styling expertise, and use of digital tools. The role is onsite at the King Of Prussia store and reports to the Sales Manager. The associate will sell both in-person and digitally using omni-channel technology and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations to clients in-store and remotely
• Use digital selling tools and social media to engage clients and drive traffic
• Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory for client fulfillment
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
• Demonstrate expert brand and product knowledge

Requirements

• Commission sales experience
• Experience selling using technology and digital tools
• Styling, fashion, or fashion retail experience
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible work schedule
