Sales Associate - Madison Ave

As a Sales Associate at Montblanc's New York City Flagship on Madison Ave, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales objectives and developing strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in promoting the boutique's offerings and maintaining its aesthetic quality.

• Achieve preset sales objectives and develop a network of clientele.
• Capture and manage client information to enhance boutique relationships and sales.
• Possess and maintain strong product knowledge of various collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service and develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin preferred.
• Ability to stand on the sales floor for 90% of the workday and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting.
