Full-time Sales Associate responsible for developing personal clientele, representing the brand in-store and virtually, and supporting store operations on Madison Avenue. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain personal clientele through outreach and follow up including calls and emails
- Represent the brand as a knowledgeable ambassador both in-store and virtually
- Fulfill key-holder duties including store opening and closing and cash handling
- Manage client book and provide after sales service
- Maintain high level of product knowledge and register proficiency
- Support inventory management, shipping and receiving tasks
- Assist with visual standards and merchandising
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Perform end of day procedures such as bag checks
Requirements
- Proven retail sales experience or similar, with ability to develop clientele
- Cash handling and key-holder experience
- Strong product knowledge and customer service skills
- Experience with inventory procedures and back of house tasks
- Ability to meet sales targets and maintain productivity
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proficiency with point of sale systems
- Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards
