Sales Associate - Manhasset

Summary

Provide exceptional client experiences as a Brand Ambassador in a luxury retail environment, reporting to the General Manager and supporting store sales goals and clienteling efforts. Drive sales performance through strong relationship building, after sales service, and participation in store initiatives and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
• Capture client data and maintain client relationships through follow up and after sales service
• Create new client relationships while nurturing existing clients
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
• Advise clients on product fit and handle repairs
• Develop and support business driving initiatives, contests, and events
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience; luxury retail preferred
• Understanding of specialty retail and clienteling techniques
• Proficiency with retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multitasking environment
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused personality
