Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate provides an exceptional client experience while supporting sales and store operations. The role builds client relationships, offers styling expertise, and contributes to individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Welcome clients, provide styling and product expertise, and support an elevated client journey.
• Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom and collaborate with colleagues and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures and seek feedback for continued learning.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
