Sales Associate - Miami Design

As a Sales Associate at Miami Design, you will serve as an Ambassador of the Maison, achieving and exceeding sales targets while developing your client portfolio. You will ensure a unique client experience and actively participate in the daily operations of the boutique.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high standards.
• Adapt approach according to client needs and handle objections with ease.
• Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values.
• Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
• Capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
• Resolve client issues and escalate as needed to Management.
• Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
• Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of the boutique.
• Participate in inventories and cycle counts.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Available to work retail hours including weekends.
• College degree preferred.
• Additional language skills and knowledge of timepiece movements are a plus.
