Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and achieve individual sales targets while building lasting client relationships through strong product knowledge and sales techniques. Support boutique operations and adhere to store procedures to protect assets and ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain a customer-focused environment across in-person, phone, and electronic communications.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI targets such as units per transaction and average dollar sale.
- Deliver high quality customer service in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Develop and maintain a local and international client book and recruit key clients.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and present product stories to engage customers.
- Support merchandising, visual presentation, stock movements, and boutique upkeep.
- Assist with locating products in other boutiques and process charge-send transactions per guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts and follow loss prevention procedures.
- Pack and wrap customer purchases as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years retail and customer service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
- Strong commercial drive with passion for creativity and fashion.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client follow-up skills to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to read, count, and complete business and client documentation accurately.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to use required equipment such as phone systems, POS, tag removers, and computers.
- Capable of standing for long periods and moving merchandise, including lifting at least 30 lbs.
