Sales Associate - Natick Mall

Summary

Join the store team for sales and support roles at the Natick Mall location participating in a hiring event. Positions include customer service, sales, sales support, stock, fulfillment and delivery with on-the-spot interviews and a sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor to drive purchases
• Provide product knowledge for handbags accessories jewelry and apparel
• Process transactions and handle customer service inquiries
• Support store merchandising and visual presentation
• Assist with stock receiving replenishment and inventory tasks
• Participate in hiring event interviews and onboarding activities
• Deliver excellent guest service and build customer relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced store environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand walk and perform physical tasks related to stocking
• Willingness to attend hiring event and complete interview process
• Authorization to work in the United States
