Sales Associate

Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations.
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation.
• Support inventory replenishment and accuracy.
• Participate in on the spot interviews and hiring events as needed.
• Achieve sales targets and participate in commission or incentive programs.

Requirements

• Customer service experience in retail or related roles.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Willingness to participate in hiring event interviews and complete onboarding steps.
