The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds client relationships, and achieves sales targets while demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and supporting omnichannel experiences. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients including follow-up communication
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless online and in-store customer experiences
- Stay updated on product knowledge, brand warranties and optical add-on features
- Adhere to brand policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Punctual, reliable and a collaborative team player
