Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate delivers a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor while supporting visual, operational, and sales objectives. This full-time retail role helps drive KPIs, assists customers with fitting and styling, and upholds store standards through opening/closing and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a personalized shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and contribute to store sales plans.
• Support visual standards, floor sets, replenishment, and store presentation.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, including sizing and styling guidance.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and maintain back-of-house standards.
• Participate in company trainings and communicate product or category feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and operate the register.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
