Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring customer experience while supporting store initiatives and driving sales. Role requires teamwork, curiosity, and the ability to engage customers to build clientele and support brand expectations.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused activities
- Support company and store initiatives and execute business results
- Participate in team training and utilize technology to enhance sales
- Deliver consistent brand-aligned customer experiences on the sales floor
- Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Capacity to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
