Summary

The Sales Associate at Diesel's Sawgrass Mills location is responsible for driving personal and store sales while delivering an exceptional client experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role promotes brand awareness, supports visual merchandising and omni-channel initiatives, and helps build a high-performing retail team. The Sales Associate represents the Diesel brand through strong product knowledge and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving store sales goals and meet individual sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge, company history, policies, and merchandising standards.
• Execute visual merchandising and omni-channel service initiatives.
• Support and help lead store associates as directed by the Store Manager.
