As a Sales Associate at Montblanc in Scottsdale, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales objectives and developing strong customer relationships. You will provide outstanding customer service and possess a strong knowledge of Montblanc's collections.

• Capture client information to promote boutique relationships and sales.
• Possess strong product knowledge of various collections.

• Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
