High Jewelry boutique seeks a Sales Associate to develop long lasting client relationships, achieve sales goals, and support daily boutique operations in a fast paced luxury environment. The role involves clienteling, event outreach, CRM oversight, merchandising assistance, and occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through exceptional client service
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients via outreach and events
- Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy
- Communicate novelties events and gifting campaigns to clientele
- Prepare daily display setup each morning and display breakdown in the evening
- Maintain the aesthetic quality and visual standards of the boutique
- Provide written and in person communication with clients and team members
- Travel as required to support client relationships and events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in jewelry or luxury retail
- Proven ability to build long term client relationships
- Strong communication skills both written and in person
- Experience with CRM and clienteling tools
- Ability to work in a fast paced luxury retail environment
- Availability to attend community events and occasional travel
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
