Responsibilities
- Host clients and deliver personalised luxury customer experiences.
- Exceed client expectations through creative service approaches.
- Introduce clients to services including part-exchange and explain benefits of purchasing through the boutique.
- Develop personal clientele using selling skills and proactive CRM outreach.
- Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique.
- Maintain boutique standards according to global operating procedures.
- Support boutique organisation as part of a team and contribute to overall operations.
- Lead timepiece appraisal process for part-exchange and ensure accurate procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Background in sales or hospitality preferred.
- Strong team player mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Curious, resourceful and able to work independently on the sales process.
