Summary

The Sales Associate drives sales and provides an exceptional client experience through styling expertise, product knowledge, clienteling, and store operations. The role builds lasting client relationships and contributes to individual and store performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and commercial KPIs while delivering elevated client service.
• Build client relationships, capture client information, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Share styling expertise, seasonal trends, product knowledge, and brand knowledge.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and guest ready, and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management and seek ongoing feedback.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a customer-service-focused adjacent role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
