Store Manager - Wrentham Premium Outlet

Summary

The Store Manager leads the Wrentham store and partners with the Sales Supervisor to drive sales, develop employees, oversee operations, and maintain visual merchandising standards. This role coaches the team on the sales floor and in the stock room while contributing to sales and client development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales results and KPIs, set daily goals, and develop plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Train the team in selling techniques, customer loyalty, client recruitment, and relationship building.
• Oversee back-office activities, inventory, cash operations, maintenance, and client product repairs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and communicate product and presentation feedback to Head Office.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop employees; manage performance, schedules, attendance, and team organization.
• Communicate brand strategy and identify local events and business opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in a managerial retail role in a store or boutique setting.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of or interest in art, photography, and literature.
