Job Description

Summary

Sales Associate role at a premium outlet responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences through clienteling, styling expertise, and operational support. The position focuses on achieving sales KPIs, maintaining brand standards, and fostering repeat business in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
  • Provide an exceptional and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
  • Offer styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
  • Manage clienteling activities and capture client data
  • Initiate follow up on sales events and client inquiries
  • Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
  • Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
  • Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude
  • Adhere to company policies and retail procedures

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
  • Experience generating sales and building client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated customer empathy and service orientation
