Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive sales and uphold brand standards. Represent the brand with passion for fashion and styling while supporting operational tasks and contributing to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support sales plans by collaborating with the team and following brand policies and procedures.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
- Execute operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, processes and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
- Support a professional inclusive team environment and uphold company core values.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and be on feet for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
- Capability to balance tasks while prioritizing customer experience.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co-workers.
