Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience with a customer first mindset, supporting sales objectives and upholding brand standards. Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
- Support sales plans and collaborate with the team to uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on available offerings.
- Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
- Maintain sales floor and back of house standards including opening and closing duties.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Provide product feedback to management and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in company trainings and champion a professional inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate a register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain store standards.
