The Brand Associate provides exceptional customer service and delivers a personalized shopping experience while supporting store operations and visual standards. This entry level retail role focuses on sales performance, customer engagement, and upholding company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans through collaboration and adherence to brand standards.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and with sizing while maintaining store standards.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on offerings.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain BOH processes.
- Participate in company trainings and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and be on feet for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and management.
- Commitment to upholding company policies and contributing to an inclusive team environment.
