Performance-driven sales professional responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering memorable client experiences, and supporting boutique operations. Acts as a brand ambassador, develops client relationships through clienteling and omnichannel touchpoints, and contributes to visual merchandising and store processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales to meet individual KPIs through prospecting, client discovery, storytelling, upselling, and closing.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and outreach activities.
- Support boutique operations including inventory, cash handling, security, store opening and closing.
- Use digital and retail tools to manage sales, client data, and appointments.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, window animation, and product presentation.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and follow through until product return to client.
- Collaborate with team members and support colleagues to enhance boutique performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and retail procedures.
- Represent the brand professionally in and outside the store.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury retail environment.
- Knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, and product collections.
- Strong selling skills including client discovery, presentation, and objection handling.
- Familiarity with sales KPIs, clienteling KPIs, and digital retail tools.
- Fluent in English and local language; additional language is a plus.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- High standards of grooming, presentation, and professionalism.
