Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
- Strategize personal business growth through outreach and use of digital tools to enhance clienteling.
- Drive sales by supporting team achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to develop customer centric behaviors and relationship building skills.
- Capture customer data using CRM tools to support clienteling and business initiatives.
- Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines and techniques.
- Support hiring by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.
- Provide feedback to Management on category opportunities and store needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
- Experience using digital tools to support sales and clienteling preferred.
- Ability to operate a register and perform cashwrap duties.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers.
