Sales Associate - The Domain

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury retail service as a Brand Ambassador, driving sales and building lasting client relationships through personalized attention and after sales support. Represent the brand in the community, participate in events, and support store initiatives to meet and exceed KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated client experience and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed sales targets and client data capture goals
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships to drive sales, UPT, and ATV
• Perform after sales service including follow up calls, thank you notes, and repair coordination
• Support team initiatives, contests, and events to generate business
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
• Advise clients on fit and handle customer repairs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results and problem solve
• Knowledge of specialty retail and clienteling techniques
• Proficiency with point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
