Sales Associate - Toronto Premium Outlet

As a Sales Associate at Toronto Premium Outlet, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the philosophy and values of Balenciaga. You will work closely with the Store Director to meet individual and store sales goals, while serving as a brand expert.

• Achieve individual sales and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of Balenciaga's history and message.
• Maintain an organized client book with meaningful data, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or client requests.
• Stay informed about current trends and fashion history to engage clients and provide advice.
• Participate in a team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration with team members.
• Contribute to daily operational tasks as per company directives.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual and store goals.
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
