Sales Associate - Tysons

Summary

The Sales Associate serves as an ambassador for the Maison, achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience. The role develops client relationships and supports the boutique's daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales and after-sales experience.
• Build and maintain client relationships, capture client information, and participate in client events and networking.
• Resolve client concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Support boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security, and daily operational procedures.
• Stay current on industry news, competitors, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, as well as other retail hours and occasional travel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency and experience with MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• A college degree, additional language skills, and knowledge of timepiece movements are preferred.
