Sales Associate - Tysons

Summary

As a Maison Ambassador, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets while developing a client portfolio and delivering a distinctive client experience. The role also contributes to the boutique's daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide exceptional service throughout the client journey.
• Build new and existing client relationships, maintain accurate client records, and resolve or escalate client concerns.
• Support in-store and offsite events, boutique setup and breakdown, merchandising, inventory, and daily operations.
• Follow security and operational procedures and stay current on industry news and competitors.

Requirements

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, as well as other retail hours and occasional travel for training and events.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge and additional language skills are preferred.
