Summary

The Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand expert for Balenciaga, supporting the Store Director and contributing to store sales and client development. This role focuses on promoting the brand message, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales and contribute to store sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Maintain an active and organized client book with meaningful client data
• Contact clients regularly and follow up on sales and requests
• Incorporate fashion trends and brand history into client interactions
• Work collaboratively within a team and communicate constructively
• Support execution of daily operational tasks per company directives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to drive results in a selling role and exceed goals
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
