Join the store team as a Sales Associate at the Tysons Galleria location to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales through clienteling and product expertise, and support daily store operations. The role focuses on styling guidance, building client relationships, and maintaining a welcoming retail environment. This is a part time retail position requiring flexibility for evenings weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated client experience and ensure the store is guest ready
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Develop and maintain client relationships and capture client data
• Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to foster open communication
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and store procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexible availability to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
