Summary
High jewelry boutique seeking a Sales Associate to build long lasting client relationships and achieve sales goals in a fast paced luxury environment. The role supports High Jewelry sales, clienteling activities, and in boutique presentation while representing the Maison at community events.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets by providing exceptional service
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through proactive outreach
- Attend social functions and community events to generate new business
- Invite current and prospective clients to in boutique events and private viewings
- Manage CRM initiatives including client data capture and communication
- Coordinate gifting campaigns and clientele reporting
- Assist with daily display setup and evening breakdown
- Maintain the aesthetic quality and merchandising standards of the boutique
- Travel as required to support client needs and events
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or jewelry certification preferred
- Minimum seven years of relevant experience in luxury retail or high jewelry sales
- Proven ability to develop long term client relationships
- Strong communication skills in person and in writing
- Experience with CRM systems and clienteling tools
- Ability to work in a fast paced luxury environment
- Availability to attend community events and travel as required
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
