Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for driving client development and sales while maintaining exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. This role leads by example, supports store operations, and oversees the store and staff in the absence of management.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain the client experience and store standards.
- Maintain selling floor, merchandise visuals, and overall store presentation.
- Grow existing clientele and prospect new clients through networking and outreach.
- Support operational tasks, projects, and participate in special events like sample sales and inventories.
- Open and close the store and perform all related procedures.
- Oversee store and staff when serving as the most senior presence in the store.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
- Established clientele following is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible schedule including seven day a week operations.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor consistent with brand lifestyle.
- Strong independent work ethic, time management skills, and high level of integrity.
