Job Description

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise in eyewear, build client relationships, support omnichannel experiences, and achieve sales targets while maintaining brand standards and store presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships including follow-up communication.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge including warranties and optical add-ons.
  • Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless online and in-store customer experiences.
  • Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
  • Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house.
  • Adhere to brand policies procedures and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Experience operating a POS system preferred and luxury sales or eyewear experience preferred.
