Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise in eyewear, build client relationships, support omnichannel experiences, and achieve sales targets while maintaining brand standards and store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations.
- Build and maintain client relationships including follow-up communication.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge including warranties and optical add-ons.
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless online and in-store customer experiences.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house.
- Adhere to brand policies procedures and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system preferred and luxury sales or eyewear experience preferred.
