Summary
Responsible for achieving sales goals and developing long lasting client relationships in a fast paced luxury boutique. Reports to the Boutique Manager and balances daily business with High Jewelry sales while representing the brand at community events and in boutique activities.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by providing exceptional personalized service
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through outreach and clienteling tools
- Attend social functions to generate new business and engage prospective clients
- Invite clients to in boutique events and follow up on opportunities
- Oversee CRM initiatives including accurate client data capture and communication on novelties and events
- Manage gifting campaigns and clientele reporting
- Assist with daily boutique presentation including display setup and breakdown
- Maintain the aesthetic quality and merchandising standards of the boutique
- Travel as required for client or business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or jewelry
- Strong ability to develop long lasting client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and professionalism
- Experience with CRM systems and clienteling tools
- Ability to represent the brand at external events and travel as needed
