Summary

Sales Associate responsible for driving sales and providing an exceptional client experience at the Orlando Vineland store through clienteling, product knowledge, and strong service. The role supports store operations, maintains brand standards, and helps build repeat business through proactive client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain a welcoming sales floor
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Execute clienteling activities and cultivate client relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Demonstrate brand knowledge and uphold company policies

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
• Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product knowledge
• Ability to operate POS and use Microsoft Office suite
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
